Getting the word out about what you and your business do is vitally important to your ability to attract new clients and customers. You can accomplish this by utilizing one of the Cambridge Chamber's newest digital features: The Member Information Center (MIC)

    By logging into the MIC you can update your listing on our online Membership Directory, share your company news, promotions, job and volunteer postings, and your companies events. A Chamber staff member will approve your posting and it will then be displayed on the Chamber's website, Chamber's monthly e-newsletter, and social media. The monthly e-newsletter is emailed to members and subscribers on the second Wednesday of  every month. 


    To log in click "Member Login" at the top right hand corner of the Cambridge Chamber web page. Please note your e-mail must be in our system in order for you to log into the MIC. If your email is in our system and you have never logged in before, select the option that says "No login created? Sign up now." 
    Input other employees at your business to have all employees informed on Chamber happenings and ability to update important information of your business and share news.


    Each member of the Cambridge Chamber has a personalized information page in the online directory that members themselves can customize. Visitors to the directory can easily search for members by category, keywords, location, and alphabetical listings. 
    Online profiles include:
    • Member description 
    • Hours of Operation 
    • Driving Hours
    • Map 
    • Social Media Links 
    • Direct link to company's website 
    • Category listing on the directory 
    • Photos 
    • Company's logo 
    • Representative Info
    • Keywords (SEO): If a person does not know your companies name, these are common search terms that would be used to find your listing

    Share your company's important updates to other members and the public about your business. 
    - Submit your news release through the MIC by clicking "News Release" on the left-hand menu. 
    -Another way to share your news is through the MIC social feed. The social feed allows members to post updates about their businesses to fellow Chamber members. 


    Promote a special, sale, or discount you are currently offering. 
    -To add your special promotion login to the MIC, and click Special Promotion on the left-hand sidebar. Then click Add Special Promotion, fill out the form, and submit for approval.


    You can post your open employment positions through the MIC as a cost-effective way to find new capable talent for your business. 
    -Login to the MIC, click job postings or volunteer on the left-handed menu and follow the prompt. You can choose how long the posting will be up, and provide a URL to a PDF or online application. 


    Let Chamber members know about your special events by highlighting them on the online Events Calendar. 
    -Login to the MIC and select "Events" widget on the top. Then select the blue button labeled "Add Event". Fill in the form and select "Submit for Approval" 
    After your event has been approved it is automatically added to the online Events Calendar, member events section on the home page of the Chamber website and shared through social media, and added to the Chamber monthly e-newsletter.


    Share why you joined the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce or share your success testimonial of your current membership. You and your company and quote will be promoted through the Chamber's marketing material. Log into the MIC and select the "Resources" widget at the top and then select "Member Testimonials" below.
