CambridgeSide (CambridgeSide.com) will host Soup for the Soul, a soup donation drive for The Salvation Army in Cambridge, from Tuesday, February 16 through Sunday, March 7, 2021. Canned and boxed soups can be dropped off in the marked collection bins located at World of Beer and CVS at CambridgeSide on Level 1. For those unable to donate in person, monetary contributions for the soup drive can be made at https://Give.SalvationArmy.org/CambridgeFood.
“During these cold winter months, the gift of warming soup has never been more appreciated by those in need,” says Judy Hart, Major of The Salvation Army of Cambridge. “We appreciate everyone who can contribute to the Soup for the Soul drive at CambridgeSide,” she adds.
“During these challenging times food insecurity is at an all-time high,” says Melissa LaVita, Senior Marketing Director of CambridgeSide. “CambridgeSide is pleased to partner with The Salvation Army in Cambridge on this vital effort to collection soup donations to assist in feeding our neighbors in need this winter,” she adds.
