Shabu & Mein is a full-service restaurant that is the first of its kind, brought to you by JP Fuji Group. The main dining room allows guests the opportunity to sit down with friends and family to enjoy authentic Japanese hot pot, a leisurely style of cooking where patrons cook their own meal at their table. Using only the freshest ingredients, Shabu & Mein’s menu offers an extensive selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables that can all be enjoyed in any of our flavorful soup bases. Hot pot is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and people with allergies or other restrictive diets!
In the back bar, patrons can enjoy unique ramen noodle dishes and small plates inspired by the JP Fuji Group team’s 30 years of combined culinary experience. The libations menu offers a variety of wine, craft beer, sake, signature cocktails, and an extensive Japanese Whisky list.
