With a dozen art and science museums, street fairs, festivals and farmers markets, there is always something to do in Cambridge. Cambridge has clubs and concert halls featuring nearly every kind of musical and performance specialty. Admire the City's distinctive architecture, browse in the many bookstores, enjoy an exhibit or lecture presented by one of the universities, or take in a performance at one of Cambridge's historical theaters. Few of America's largest cities offer as much cultural diversity and enrichment as Cambridge.
Neighboring Boston is a center for cultural activities as well: the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops; the Museum of Fine Arts and the Children's Museum; ballet, opera, and theater; and the "Freedom Trail," a pathway designating Boston's Revolutionary Era landmarks.
Visit the Cambridge Office for Tourism Web site to learn more about the Cambridge arts, culture and entertainment.
