Business Links connects small and large companies The City of Cambridge Community Development Department, Economic Development Division has partnered with the US. Postal Service to host Business Links, which will introduce small Cambridge businesses to larger organizations in Cambridge, so that small businesses can learn how to contract with larger companies. A preparatory workshop was held on March 31 for smaller businesses to learn how to prepare themselves for meeting with larger companies. A second event will be held on April 22 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sala de Puerto Rico, 2nd floor, Stratton Student Center where the smaller businesses will have the opportunity to schedule face-to-face appointments with larger companies to present the products and/or services they offer. As partners in this endeavor, the US Postal Service will conduct a concurrent workshop on cost-effective mass marketing and shipping. Registration is still open for the 22nd.
