The continued education and development of employees is vital to success in today's business world. The CCC professional development programming utilizes the rich and diverse educational resources available in Cambridge including the local institutions of higher learning and member businesses. The CCC features two professional development tracks: Cambridge Collaborative and Business Briefings.
Cambridge Collaborative The Cambridge Collaborative series spotlights each of Cambridge's local business schools during a two-hour, on-campus classroom lecture. These sessions are taught by faculty members from the participating schools and are ideal for managers from all industries who seek to return to the classroom for executive-level education, enrichment or an interactive learning approach. This program offers company leaders the opportunity to improve their management effectiveness and return to their organizations empowered by a greater understanding of the forces shaping today's business climate and an expanded view of general management as it relates to business operations, structures and competitive strategies. Admission is capped at 75 participants.
Business Briefings The Business Briefings track is composed of small, seminar-style training sessions led by industry experts who specialize in administrative, tax, legal, and human resource services. Briefings are held in the Chamber Board Room over lunch and focus on building skills and core competencies in topical areas. Admission is capped at 25 participants.
